Upon ordering, we will send an invite to PreVeil, an end-to-end encrypted cloud storage service which is a CMMC level 2 and ITAR compliant file-sharing platform while remaining as simple to use as Dropbox. This solution ensures that only intended recipients can access the data and that all files are shared securely. This flexible solution which RAD Precision provides customers provides a streamlined path for CMMC level 2 and ITAR-regulated technical data by utilizing the §120.54 “End-to-End Encryption Carveout”. We can also work with your file-sharing platform such as Kiteworks.

A lot of posts are encrypted which would make it difficult for us to have exactly what you do. If you are using Mastercam or Esprit EDGE, you will share your license with us. You will also share your machine files and post to program your parts. Once the project is over, we will transfer all files back to you. This keeps your organization using software in which your programmers are familiar with.
Fusion is much simpler. You add RAD Precision to a team hub where you place the file(s) you’d like us to work on and share your tool library. Then, we will program your parts, send the files back to you and your programmers can post them out.
With Fusion, it depends on how much you are able to share with us. If you share a full machine sim, we can verify this way. Otherwise, we use the generic tool path simulation.
With Esprit EDGE and Mastercam, we will use your machine kit to simulate the code, ensuring good tool paths without surprises.
With all remote programming services, you will ultimately post the code and go through the prove-out process with your people on your floor.
With all of the software’s we work with, you’ll simply share your tool library with us and we’ll use exactly what you do.

We provide the native CAD/CAM files and your engineers, programmers, or machinist will post the code and run the program. RAD Precision will continue to support any programming change requests related to your project.
RAD Precision will program any 3- to 5-axis mills, lathes, and mill-turns up to 9 axes. While we do have an extensive machine manual library and programming knowledge, we may request programming and operation manuals in order to utilize your machine to its maximum potential.
